We spent the last six months building something the insurance adjusting industry has quietly been missing — and today we're putting it online.
InspektiT is a carrier-grade inspection platform built for independent adjusting firms. Not a measurement app with documentation bolted on. Not a CRM that happens to handle claims. The workflow, the documentation, the quality controls, and the carrier-ready output — all built from the ground up by adjusters who still inspect the properties.
Why the category needed to exist
For the last decade, every IA firm has been running inspections on measurement tools. The category leaders were built to tell you the area of a roof. They were not built to help an adjuster capture Code 1, Code 2, and Code 3 damage with the structure a carrier reviewer expects. They were not built to assemble a Photo Report and GLR on-site before the adjuster leaves the driveway. They were not built to give a firm owner a carrier-level view of what's moving through their pipeline today.
So firms stitched together what they could. Measurement app plus a photo-grid tool plus a template in Word plus a shared drive plus a status spreadsheet. It works until volume picks up. Then it doesn't.
Every firm we talked to had the same conversation internally. Every firm had felt the same gap. Nobody had built the product they needed. So we built it.
What's different about InspektiT
Three things, specifically:
Firm-first access. Adjusters don't sign up for InspektiT and bring it to their firm. They get access when their firm enrolls them. Every claim is the firm's claim. Every photo is tied to the firm's file structure. The firm owns the workflow. The adjuster works inside it.
Carrier-verified workflows and outputs. We didn't guess what a carrier wants on a loss report. We asked them. We took the top ten independent adjusting firms' carrier feedback logs and reverse-engineered the structure. Then we had actual carriers review the output. The Photo Report and GLR that come out of InspektiT are shaped by the people who have to read them.
Scope-only on-site close-out. This one is the quiet killer. No competitor can claim it. The Photo Report is complete before the adjuster leaves the property. The GLR narrative is assembled from structured field data, not reconstructed from memory at 9pm. Cycle time compresses. Kickbacks drop. The adjuster actually gets their evenings back.
What you'll find here
The site is organized around who you are. For IA Firms walks through what InspektiT does for firm owners, ops leads, and the adjusters on staff. For Carriers covers the integration story. For Adjusters explains how the platform fits into the daily flow of someone actually doing the inspections.
The Features catalog documents every capability in the platform, organized by workflow stage. Why InspektiT is the category argument in full — the why behind everything else. Two ROI calculators give firms and adjusters the math for what the platform recovers, net of cost.
And this blog — where we'll publish the kind of field-level thinking that shaped the product. First-call status. GLR quality. Photo discipline. CAT work. The hidden second shift. The things that actually matter when you're in the field and trying to close files correctly.
What's next
This is version one of a site that will grow. More firm case studies as we onboard them. More carrier integrations as we formalize them. More content here as we build it out.
If you run an IA firm, or you're an adjuster whose firm is evaluating how it runs inspections, or you're a carrier thinking about how your independents could be doing things better — we want to talk.
